Sit upright wherever you are.

Uncross your legs, fold your hands in your lap,
and put your feet flat on the floor.

Look down at a 45-degree angle,
and choose a point on the floor to focus on.

Breathe deeply and quietly.

Count your breaths from 1 to 10. Repeat.

Enjoy the sensation.

When you drift away and lose track of your counting,
just smile to yourself and start again.
